Executive House was developed and built by Berger & Company, a Philadelphia based Development Company and is owned by Dana G. Realty, a New York based real estate group. Our first tenants moved into the building in 1968 and the configuration of the building as it exists today is very similar to that of 1968. For a number of years floors four through ten were commercial floors leased by the Department of Environmental Resources. Commencing in 1988 the top four floors were totally remodeled and when D.E.R. moved to their new headquarters in the Rachel Carson Building the renovation of floors four through nine were completed. During renovations the front canopy was added to the building, the lobby was totally renovated, a sprinkler system was installed throughout the building, the community and fitness rooms were added, professional landscaping was introduced, accessibility needs were addressed, the hallways were totally remodeled and numerous other improvements were made.
