Security
        An overhead garage door is lowered for the evening for resident safety. Each resident is given the necessary keys to enter so we strongly urge you.  Security personnel are on site every night from the hours of 10 p.m. through 6 a.m. If you need assistance you may call them at 717-233-6552. Downtown Harrisburg is considered very safe.

Intercom
        Executive House is outfitted with a modern intercom system. Visitors can use the intercom to call resident phones directly.

Fitness Area
         A modern Fitness Room with both Weight and Cardio machines is available 24 hours a day to all residents.

Community Rooms
More than one Community Rooms are available to all residents 24 hours a day.  These are large furnished areas that are shared amongst all residents.  A select few of these rooms may be reserved in advance for large parties.

Mail Delivery
         Each resident is assigned a personal mailbox that is located off the lobby. Mail is picked up and delivered to the building six days a week. The office will accept any Fed Ex or UPS deliveries, which are  placed in a locked room with a notice placed in residents’ mailboxes.

Storage
        There is a large storage room in the basement that is kept locked at all times. Access is granted at limited times through the building office.  Personal items of building residents may be stored in the room with appropriate labeling for identification.

Laundry Room
        A laundry room is located in the basement and available 24 hours a day. Coin operated washers and dryers are provided and maintained by building staff.
